The DeComposition Zine is dedicated to any who has ever wanted to have a safe space to share their ideas, intimate or fictional. We hope by sharing this collection of work that it creates an inviting environment for all individuals to share ideas by leaving immortalizing thoughts into the world and with others.

The format of DeComposition promotes an idea of the anonymous. Entries are organized by number, and there will be an index in the back that will then share the optional name of said contributor. We want to create a safe space where thoughts and ideas can remain truly intimate and untouched by a name or idea at first glance. Our goal is to break down the sometimes automatic habit of bias and association of name to work.


Whether you would like to admit it or not, expressing ourselves through creation makes life more tangible and it provides individuals with the understanding and awareness of the world; if not to other people, probably within yourself. We hope that this platform inspires you to share and develop your ideas!
